both organically and through acquisitions.We are seeking a Senior
FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. They will be responsible
for a variety of financial activities including forecasting,
month-end analysis, budgeting, board reports, and KPI dashboards.
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills are required for this role. Additionally,
the ability to present financial information and models in a
concise and easily comprehensible manner is essential.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
packages.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing
actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Builds practice models.
- Updates monthly actuals and all reports as necessary.
- Builds models for newly acquired practices.
- Primary point person for monthly reporting.
- Review monthly financial reporting packages, ensure data is
complete and variance explanations are sufficient.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis, and other reporting
to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Assist in the annual budget, financial reporting, and monthly
forecasting process.
- Develop financial models and clearly communicate results
through clear, concise verbal and written reports.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing
actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Supports in evaluating existing processes and recommend
opportunities for improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and
timeliness.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and
investment decisions.Required Skills
- Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies
involved in business and finance.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Superior diplomacy skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related
software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving
skills.Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- A Master's degree in Business or Finance is preferred
- 8-10 years of finance experience in Financial Planning,
Analysis, and Reporting
- Microsoft Excel Advanced: 5 years (Preferred)
- Financial modeling: 5 years (Preferred)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across
multiple departments
- Ability to update reports/dashboards and provide analysis
