EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
LOCATION: 2776 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL
DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain Management

SCHEDULE: Days
DESCRIPTION:
Provides complex administrative and secretarial support for a Vice
President. Duties may include greeting and directing customers,
answering and directing telephone calls, screening calls and
determining priorities, composing and typing correspondence,
copying and distributing materials, mail processing and
distribution, setting up and maintaining filing systems. This
position also requires preparation of confidential reports and
financial data, customer relations and project coordination
