Job Description Admin. Assistant or paralegal for a 6 staff
member, busy, friendly, established, and respected Fort Myers FL
law firm. Duties are a blend of administrative and paralegal level
tasks: including receptionist, secretarial, typing and dictation,
client interaction, phones, drafting EP and probate docs under
attorney direction using form builder software (prodoc), online
court filings & ---right-hand--- assistant to 2 attorneys. Job
description can be varied depending upon the applicant---s skill
set. Comfortable, clean offices in a convenient 33907 location. The
ideal candidate is personable, reliable, flexible, even keeled, a
good communicator (with attorneys, staff, clients, colleagues, and
parties), a team player, ---teachable--- (still learning and open
to polite and positive correction and direction in order to
improve). Non-smoking workplace. Bookkeeping and/or litigation
experience are a "". Law office experience is highly favored but
not an absolute prerequisite. Competitive salary based upon
qualifications. 1 full week of one-on-one training will be provided
