You will be REQUIRED to live in Fort Myers, FL. Relocation assistance is possibly negotiable. Role:The Marketing Communication manager will lead all communication efforts to support these efforts, but the position is also responsible for managing the development and production of internal communication (project management). The ideal candidate will have a background working in a fast-paced agency and accustomed to managing several projects at the same time. Any candidate that has experience and adept content writing skill sets for power point presentations, articles, emails, etc, will be a plus to this position. Service:We are Customer OBSESSED.   • Direct responsibility for managing the direction of work for the Marketing Coordinator team member
  • Project management and proofing all Campaign & Internal Communication
  • Following a predesigned template, this position is responsible for developing a well written creative brief to launch the management of all lead generation campaigns, or any complex communication plan.
  • Working closely with our advertising marketing agency partner to ensure all deliverables are moving through their production pipeline within the preestablished timeframe and that all first-round deliverables have met the outlined criteria.
  • Working closely with the senior marketing and sales operations manager to understand the impact all campaigns are having at each stage of the lead pipeline.
  • Reporting campaign key learning's, recommending strategic or tactical enhancements as a result of research.
  • Working with digital media to capture current media rates, creative deliverable specifications, and hyper monitor in-market performance against planned key performance metrics.
  • Regularly updating all business support group, including sales and senior management on upcoming campaigns, campaign performance and impact of planned vs. actual revenue/performance objectives
  • Working collaboratively with the senior marketing and sales operations manager managing annual marketing budgets for GHRR; Providing monthly run rate, planned vs. actual reports
  • Working collaboratively with senior marketing and sales operations manager to deploy tactic changes designed to increase campaign performance as well as provide very explicit direction and support for the sales teams
  • Other marketing projects and initiatives, as assigned. Required Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3-5 years of account management experience working within a mid to large sized agency preferred or corporate marketing department
    • Must have prior experience in managing the development/production of content of all types. Experience as a content writer a plus.
    • Must have a thorough and demonstrated understanding of how to read, analyze, and translate business intelligence & quantitative data to help grow new customer acquisition
    • Must have a thorough and demonstrated understanding of how to work with financial business models (excel) to support recommended sales marketing plans and forecasts impacting annual and monthly plans
    • Experienced in project management
    • Must have intermediate to advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint, intermediate to advanced skill in excel a plusExtra consideration will be given to candidates with the following:
      • A hands-on understanding of inbound and outbound lead generation work at the process & implementation level
      • A hands-on understanding of how to use marketing automation platforms. Pardot experience a plus.
      • A hands-on understanding of how to develop Powerpoint animation
      • Experience and adept content writing skill sets for power point presentations, articles, emails, etc, will be a plus to this position.Character Attributes:

        • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to run multiple projects, manage diverse teams and meet deadlines.
