Job Description:" Overview The Capacity Engineering team is responsible for Access (CMTS, vCMTS, PON/OLT) network capacity planning/budgeting, trials, design, augmentation and POR deployment. This team is also responsible for Access Network Element engineering, configuration and escalation support, as well as NCP/Topology updates. This role contributes to triage and reportingand interacts with members of their own team, while also interacting with other cross-functional teams as required.Breadth & DepthProactive learner who is dependent on others; performs routine work. Basic and limited scope; follows standards for decisions. Limited use of engineering methodologies.
