Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer for their remote position in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and hold accountable for successful Support outcomes, problem management, and root cause analysis
Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot difficult IT problems, and act as an escalation point for junior team members
Engage with customers through multiple channels, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

At least 5-10 years of customer service experience in a technology vendor, SaaS, or software company
Ability to operate in dynamic and ambiguous situations, prioritize complex problems, and handle high-pressure environments
Expert knowledge of IP and networking technologies, IP telephony, unified communications, and call center solutions
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to customize interactions for technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or comparable industry certifications and experience
