Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Field Network Engineer (Top
Secret Clearance) to work remotely in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide network engineering expertise and support for Akamai
services on Government networks
Manage and implement Akamai equipment and capabilities for
Government programs
Become the Government's subject matter expert on Akamai
technologies
Required Qualifications:
8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field
Top Secret Security Clearance / SBI eligible required
Network engineering and programmatic experience, including network
implementation and configuration management
Strong understanding of IP networking, routing, switching,
encapsulation, addressing protocols, VPN, MPLS
Experience with enterprise networks and DoD's NIPRNet and
SIPRNet
