Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build a cultured and well balanced team that focuses on
building innovative, high-performing and scalable products
Contribute to the codebase, architect and delegate tasks, and
develop a formalized engineering onboarding process
Mentor and provide career growth opportunities for team members,
resolve conflicts, and participate in the hiring and interview
process
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Engineering Team Lead
2+ years of experience using Laravel Vue
Expert working knowledge of PHP Laravel Framework 8+, Vue/Nuxt, and
REST best practices
Advanced understanding of MySQL, Redis, and API operations
Basic understanding of Docker, modular development, and front-end
testing frameworks
