Responsibilities:
Assist with the planning, implementation and evaluations of all nursing servicesWork alongside the Director of Nursing to review, establish, and maintain patient care protocol and standards, ensuring that all federal and state, Armor, and facility policies, regulations and guidelines for patient care are metEstablish and coordinate quality improvement, safety and infection control programsReview pharmacy utilization to ensure adherence to formularyReinforce the Director of Nursing in establishment and implementation of short- and long-range organization goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures

Qualifications:
