Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Marketing Manager focused on
Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the subject matter expert on Zoom Contact Center, drive key
strategies, and craft messaging to target CX personas
Build and lead the go-to-market strategy for new features and
capabilities of the contact center solution
Create key messaging documents, videos, presentations, datasheets,
and other assets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred / MBA (preferred)
7+ years of product marketing experience in a Contact Center,
Customer Experience, or SaaS company
Expert knowledge of contact center products and workforce
engagement management
Strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Experience in building cross-functional relationships with Product,
Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
