Job Description:

A company is looking for a MSP Student Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Enroll, start, and advise a cohort of students interested in undergraduate and graduate programs
Guide students through the enrollment process, course selection, and program requirements
Provide personalized service, financial guidance, and support to students throughout their program

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant counseling/advising or customer service experience
Proficiency in using technology and online learning platforms
Ability to understand university policies, funding options, and academic organization
Strong work ethic, resilience, and ability to multitask
