Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director Credentialing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of provider credentialing processes and systems,
including strategic review, organizational management, and workflow
optimization
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
and incorporate them into credentialing practices
Develop and manage external partnerships to improve the
credentialing process and create strategic value for the
network
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Strong knowledge of credentialing requirements and processes,
preferably in Workers Compensation or Commercial Health
Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a track
record of successful organizational change and development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability
to effectively manage projects and tasks
Experience in vendor management and relationship building
