Job Description:

A company is looking for a B2B Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the point of contact and relationship manager for B2B customers
Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess partner satisfaction and success
Collaborate with internal teams on member-related issue resolution and escalation management

Required Qualifications:

Experience with B2B customers, including executive and C-level decision-makers
Track record of using a data-driven approach to member analysis
Proven ability to develop initiatives that impact the customer experience at large
Direct experience working with business accounts
Passion for the company's mission, positioning, and brand
