Site Reliability Engineers Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineers Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of site reliability engineers, promoting collaboration and high-performance
Automate manual processes, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Ensure the availability, latency, performance, and capacity of production environments

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
7 to 10 years of experience as an SRE, with 4 to 6 years of experience managing a team of SREs
Experienced in knowledge sharing and mentoring of team members
Proficiency in cloud platforms, Linux systems, scripting, and development languages/frameworks
Certifications in RHCSA/RHCE/AWS (SysOps) are desirable
