The ideal candidate will lead the project team to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget while meeting all contractual requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities:1. Direct and oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.2. Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to deliver high-quality work within the agreed timelines.3. Develop a detailed project plan, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.4. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure that potential challenges are addressed promptly.5. Implement quality control programs to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.6. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.8. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.9. Provide regular updates to stakeholders about project status and developments.10. Resolve any problems that might occur during construction.11. Ensure all operations comply with legal and company regulations.12. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure productivity and morale are high.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management in the construction industry.3. Proficient in construction project management software and MS Office Suite.4. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.5. Proven experience in project management and team leadership.6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.7. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.8. Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.9. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material management, and quality standards.10. Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to providing excellent workmanship.11. Proficient in strategic planning and risk management.12. Solid knowledge of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation.13. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.14.
