Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Medicare Enrollment and
Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement enrollment and billing procedures and
workflows for different clients
Stay up to date with Medicare Advantage enrollment and billing
regulations and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines
Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and
systems to improve and streamline organizational processes
Required Qualifications:
Thorough understanding of Medicare Advantage enrollment and billing
and corresponding guidelines
At least 10 years of progressive management experience in health
plan operations, including Medicare Advantage enrollment and
billing
Well-developed organizational habits
