Summary:
Pack your flip flops this winter and join the Lee Health SRC seasonal RN program. Head for the sunshine and sandy beaches of Fort Myers/Cape Coral located along the beautiful coast of southwest Florida. We are seeking RNs with two years of recent acute care experience in the following specialties: ED, ICU, PCU, Med/Tele, Oncology, and Angioplasty/Special Procedures. (Additional specialties will be considered). We offer competitive pay, shift differentials and seasonal incentives. Seasonal Benefited FT Program Seasonal Non-Benefited PRN Program
Available to work at least 26 weeks 1 day
(or six months 1 day minimum for benefits) Seasonal PRN employees sign an agreement stating they agree to work full time hours (minimum of 36 hrs/week) for a predetermined number of weeks: 24, 20, 16 or 12.

Rate of pay is based on years of experience Flat rate of pay with applicable shift differential

Staff may live or own property in Lee County with the following stipulations:
No monthly incentive/stipend paid if Lee County property owned
May not be a current Lee Health employee or employed with Lee Health in the past 2 years
