This position also has a SIGN ON BONUS and RELOCATION INCENTIVE for qualified RN's Lee Physician Group is seeking RN's with experience working in outpatient and/or physician offices setting to lead clinical quality improvement, assist in assessing annual competencies of clinical staff, perform patient triage within the practice, assist in annual wellness visits and patient follow up. We need your excellent critical thinking skills We are seeking Clinical Team Leads for Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Coconut Point. Specific locations will be discussed in the interview. Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development. Collaborates with other professional disciplines, to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care. Job Requirements Responsibilities: Educational Requirements Degree/Diploma Obtained Program of Study Required/ Preferred and/or Bachelor'sNursingPreferred Experience Requirements Minimum Years Required Area of Experience Required/ Preferred and/or 3 YearsClinicalRequired Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in area of specialty. State of Florida Licensure Requirements Licenses Required/ Preferred and/or Registered Nurse LicenseRequired Certifications/Registration Requirements Certificates/Registrations Required/ Preferred and/or BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support)RequiredAdditional Requirements Certification in appropriate specialty required within 3 years of hire.
