Growing together. /n /n As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. Required Qualifications: /n /n - Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field /n - Must have a clear, active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) in the state of Florida /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n /n - 2 years of professional experience post master’s degree providing behavioral health services /n - Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families /n /n /n If the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years. /n /n The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
