Support is actively seeking a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES)

Care and Education Specialist, helping patients achieve healthier
outcomes through expert guidance and support. Daily
Responsibilities For Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) Oversee
patient care, set health and satisfaction goals, and provide expert
guidance and consultation while collaborating with colleagues to
ensure seamless, high-quality care Required Qualifications For
Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES) Active RN License in the state
of Florida OR Florida Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist 2 years of
experience in Diabetes Self-Management Education Must have CDCES
Must have a National Registration as an RD (if a dietician)
