Responsibilities You will achieve success by: Reviewing patients' medical histories. Providing exceptional one-on-one care, averaging 40 minutes with each patient. Diagnosing patients through observation of their movements and understanding their concerns. Creating personalized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Employing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries. Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary. Qualifications Graduation from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida (or ability to quickly initiate the licensing process). Proficient in computer and EMR software applications.
