be considered. Deliver skilled nursing care in a progressive PCU
Overflow Unit, providing vital support to patients in the stepdown
setting. This contract role is based in Cape Coral, FL, where

Qualifications and Experience: Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience Current
BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency with Epic EMR system Degree
accreditation listed on profile or equivalent 5 years experience
Flexibility to float across sister campuses as needed Ability to
maintain professional conduct aligned with core staff standards
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care with a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 5-6:1 Collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor clinical
progress and respond to changes in patient condition promptly
Accurately document nursing assessments and interventions in Epic
EMR Adapt to floating assignments as required to support sister
