Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with nursing philosophy, policies, and procedures. Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform well under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using electronic health record systems. Ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Florida or eligibility for licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
