The Electrologist will be responsible for providing laser hair removal services, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and professional environment. You will work closely with our clients to address their hair removal needs, delivering high-quality treatments that align with the spa's standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities : Provide Electrology Treatments : Perform laser hair removal, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction. Consultations : Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs, explain the laser process, and determine appropriate treatment plans. Client Care : Ensure a comfortable and relaxing environment for clients during their treatments, addressing any concerns and providing education on aftercare. Sanitation and Safety : Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and maintain cleanliness in treatment areas, equipment, and tools. Record Keeping : Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes, progress, and any relevant information. Client Retention : Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering professional advice, aftercare instructions, and follow-up appointments. Adhere to Licensing Regulations : Comply with all local and state regulations, including those related to health, safety, and licensing. Team Collaboration : Work closely with other spa professionals, including sales reps, treatment specialists, and spa managers, to provide a seamless and positive client experience. Qualifications : Licensed Electrologist in Florida, with a valid electrology license . English and Spanish is preferred ( must be comfortable working in a multi-lingual environment) Proven experience in performing laser hair removal treatments and a strong understanding of hair removal procedures. Knowledge of skin types, hair growth patterns, and the laser hair removal process. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures to clients and make them feel at ease. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality services. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety standards. Preferred Qualifications : Previous experience in a Med Spa or salon environment. Bilingual (English, etc.) is a plus. Work Environment : Comfortable spa setting with a focus on client wellness and relaxation. You will be working in a Multi-Lingual work environment. Full-time positions .
