Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated PCU (Progressive Care Unit)
Nurse for our HealthPark Medical Center who is committed to
providing the highest level of care and compassion in our
progressive care unit. As part of Lee Health, a leading health
system in Southwest Florida, HealthPark Medical Center offers a

This role requires a skilled nurse who can deliver critical care to
patients who are in unstable condition but do not require the
intensity of ICU care. The ideal candidate will effectively monitor
patient conditions and be adept at working in a fast-paced,
multifaceted healthcare setting. Monitor and record patient’s
condition and document provided care services. Treat medical
emergencies and provide pre- and post-operation care as needed.
Administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to
physician’s orders. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to
plan and implement effective patient care. Educate and support
patients and their families on post-hospital care. Maintain a safe
and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. Strong ability to provide critical care Ability to
respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient conditions
Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a
PCU or similar environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in
Florida BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) ACLS Certification
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
