Job Description:

Intensive Care Unit (PICU), we seek a dedicated Registered Nurse
who can thrive in a high intensity environment providing critical
care to pediatric patients. At Lee Health, you will be part of a
passionate team working in state-of-the-art facilities to deliver
specialized healthcare to the youngest and most vulnerable
patients. Provide patient-centered, specialized, and acute care to
critically ill pediatric patients. Administer medications, maintain
patient records, and monitor for changes in condition. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to formulate individualized care
plans. Educate patients' families about care processes and disease
management. Ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical
practice guidelines. Strong clinical skills in a pediatric
intensive care setting. Ability to work effectively in high
pressure environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
Compassionate patient care and family engagement abilities. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance RN license in the state
of Florida or eligible. Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
certification.
