Job Description:

oncologists, contribute to treatment plans, and support patients
and their families during challenging times. Administer
chemotherapy and other medications following oncology protocols.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed in
collaboration with oncology specialists. Educate patients and their
families about cancer treatments and expected outcomes. Maintain
detailed patient records compliant with healthcare regulations and
hospital standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to
formulate holistic patient care plans. Participate in professional
development opportunities to stay current with oncology nursing
best practices. Strong clinical skills in oncology and chemotherapy
administration Excellent communication and empathetic patient
interaction Adept at managing complex patient situations High-level
organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in electronic

Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Florida Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
