Lee Health is seeking a dedicated MRI Technologist to join our dynamic team in Southwest Florida, supporting our mission to improve community health with high-quality, comprehensive care. As part of our imaging team, you will operate advanced MRI equipment, ensuring optimal diagnostics and patient safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting closely with patients and collaborating with radiologists to deliver precise detail of the inner human body. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic examinations. Assess patients’ medical histories to secure adequate examination conditions. Monitor patient comfort and safety during procedures. Collaborate with radiologists to interpret imaging results. Follow precise procedures for operational and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and patient reports. Manage scheduling and ensure timely diagnostics. Ensure equipment maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues. Proficiency in MRI operation and safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and precision. Excellent patient-management skills to ensure comfort and safety. Ability to interpret and execute clinical orders accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current MRI certification.
