Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient recovery and progress, and report any changes to the doctor. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health maintenance. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record systems Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
