This is where the customer will form their first impression of the company. Good communication is essential!Key Sub Tasks

  • Answer incoming telephone calls. The ideal customer service representative has a courteous and pleasant demeanor, whether on a phone call or not.
  • Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
  • Notify customers ahead of time if the electrician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
  • Performs outbound calls to new potential clients.
  • Maintain a high call booking percentage and return any missed calls promptly.
  • Reports to office manager and assists in paper work as requested.
  • Review dispatch board daily to ensure all service calls are being completed properly by field technicians.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and installation teams.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Exceptional verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
    • Must have computer software skills
