Rate Range is approximately $ 16.00 - $ 20.00 p/hour + full comprehensive benefit program

Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator provides administrative support to Chief Human Resources Officer, HR Director and Human Resource Business Partners.

Assists the department in carrying out various human resources programs, procedures and complex assignments by performing clerical tasks. Answers general questions and inquiries in all areas of human resources. Completes special projects and assignments.

HR Administrative and Clerical Support

Verification, Tracking & Licensing, EE Benefits

Prepare Reports and Organizing/Scheduling HR Procedures (HRIS)

Records Maintenance and Special Projects

HR Training and Department Liaison (internal and external customers)

Confidentiality

High Volume, Data Entry, Forms Management, New Hire processing (dates, payroll changes, status changes....etc.)QualificationsEducation: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Previous Experience:

At least three (3) years or more of clerical office experience with complex job duties required.

HRIS database required.

A minimum of three (3) years or more of computer experience preferred

Previous experience in healthcare preferred

Five (5) years of HR healthcare experience preferred

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation), is an active listener, and effectively provides balanced feedback.

Customer Service & Organizational Awareness: Strong customer focus. Ability to build an engaging culture of quality, performance effectiveness and operational excellence through best practices, strong business and political acumen, collaboration and partnerships, as well as a positive employee, physician and community relations.

Self-Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability work independently with limited supervision. Ability to work remotely effectively as required.

Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Experience with HRIS system required
