Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior HR Generalist for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and contribute to the development of HR programs and processes to deliver a great employee experience
Partner with HRBPs and org leadership to support HR strategies and create consistent processes
Handle employment-related inquiries, maintain confidentiality, and advocate for employees and the business

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of dynamic experience in HR or a related function
Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: performance management, business advising, compensation and rewards, talent acquisition, leaves of absence and ADA, onboarding, recognition programs, leader coaching, learning & development, employee engagement, conflict resolution, data analysis, policy changes, systems (HR or ERP), and employee relations
Strong communication and influencing skills
Knowledge of HR laws, strategies, policies, and practices
Ability to navigate conflict, sensitive situations, and unfamiliar challenges
