Job Description:

A company is looking for an HR Operations Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to employees and leaders for HR-related transactions
Input employee data into HRIS database and draft employee communications
Serve as subject matter authority for HR Operations processes and HRIS modules

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years of HR or administrative support experience
Experience with data management and HRIS
Proficiency with MS office applications and virtual meeting software
Desire for continuous learning around emerging HR Technology
Ability to balance multiple projects and meet time frame requirements
