Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Website Customer Support Developer in Ft. Myers Florida (FL).

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Provide remote top notch custom support to customers all over the country
  
• Work with Content Management systems (CMS) to deploy changes and/or fixes to websites
  
• Responsive for resolving a myriad of diverse technical request as it relates to customer websites
  
• Responsible for the implementation of content updates
  
• Ensure timely implementation and resolution of outstanding service request
  
• Work directly with our project management team and development staff on meaningful projects
  
• Finish projects efficiently while adhering to the highest development standards
  
  REQUIREMENTS:
  
  
  • 
    
  • College degree
    
    
  • 2 + years' experience offsite management using content management tools
    
  • Experience hand-coding with HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript languages
    
  • Experience with Photoshop
    
  • Experience with Zen Desk software
    
  • Follow the guidelines of our website code including keeping websites ADA Compliance
    
  • Ability to communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
    
  • Be obsessed about quality and pay attention to detail
    
  • Solid project management skills and ability to multi-task projects
    
  • Have a customer focused attitude
    
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, self-starting individual
