SCOPE: The Division Executive oversees operations and strategic growth of the Company within designated territory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads Division Strategic PlanningDemonstrates GenesisCare USA---s core values by establishing strong working relationships among providers, team members and partnersSpearheads opportunity for change to push initiatives surrounding Service of the Future and enhancing patient careDrives accountability for all Divisional operations including but not limited to front office, care delivery, patient satisfaction, facilities, staffing and recruitmentEnsures Support Center departments deliver the highest level of quality and service to the DivisionWorks across the GenesisCare USA matrix leadership structure to deliver improved results year over yearAssists in the preparation of the annual budget, monitors and complies with the budgetCoaches and develops leaders in the DivisionDelegates, and encourages team-based leadership and holds team members accountableCoordinates regular communication with Divisional centers and leadersParticipates as a key operational leader with the Chief Operating Officer in organizational structure, reporting and communication channel decisionsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:Excellent organizational skillsMust possess detail-orientation, with the ability to exercise initiative, use sound judgment and employ effective problem-solving techniques in the decision-making processMust possess comprehensive knowledge of healthcare business laws and standardsRelies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks involving both strategic, large scale focus, and attention to detail.Strong ability to lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to provide innovative solutionsAcute understanding of Pro-forma budgets, due diligence and contractual materials, financial reports, and rules and regulations concerning acquisitions and mergers in the healthcare industry.Must have computer skills to include Microsoft Office and Internet experience5 years of direct management experience over multiple projects and work teamsAbility to travel up to 80%Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skillsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:MBA or equivalent5 years working in senior leadership capacity, driving teams to common goals and deliverablesObtain CMPE within 18 monthsCONFIDENTIAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION:Must properly control the release of proprietary and confidential informationLANGUAGE SKILLS:Must be able to fluently speak, write and understand English; Bilingual in Spanish and strongly preferredMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and advanced-level negotiating skills and relationship-building abilitiesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
