The IT Security Specialist is responsible for supporting the
organization's Security Program, including but not limited to, with
daily operations of the IT security program; oversight of the
annual and ongoing risk assessment process; development;
implementation; and maintenance of policies and procedures. Ensure
the confidentiality, integrity and access of electronic protected
health and personal information, monitor program compliance,
securing Office 365 as well as investigation and tracking of
incidents and breaches in compliance with federal and state and

including: Support Security and Compliance in Office 365 Perform
risk reviews and audits.
Develop and maintain security alerts and monitors.
Report and respond to security incidents and breaches.
Develop, update and maintain our security awareness training.
Work with our engineering team to make sure our software is
designed as securely as possible.
Assist Sales teams through the security vetting process for new

Requirements and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering,
Information Technology, or proven equivalent experience Knowledge
of network security and technologies Understanding of Microsoft
Active Directory, MS Windows SQL server Skills in collaboration,
teamwork, and problem-solving to achieve goals.
Working knowledge of PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and CCPA
