Job Description:

Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time Employee Relations Specialist to join the Human Resources Department in Fort Myers, FL. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, has the ability to multi-task, and think outside of the box. We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent customer experience!

This individual will be responsible for ensuring great employee relations from hire to separation and successful employee retention within the company. You will act as a liaison between Company and employee, assisting Employee Relations Manager to resolve conflict in the workplace. You will identify opportunities to support employee success and retention and trends to develop retention strategies and best practices, analyze and interpret data related to employee retention and progression and evaluate performance data, assess initiatives and interpret attrition data.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Associates degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration; Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of Employee Relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience; PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Required Skills and Abilities

Ability to write routine reports and correspondences; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees; Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations; Proficiency with software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
