Job Description:

Provides complex administrative support and projects for Lee Physician Group Physician Recruitment and physician compensation departments. Responsibilities include; managing the physician recruitment and compensation flow process, preparation of confidential reports, financial data, project plans and assists with data collection of research and analysis for projects. Designs Power Point presentations and spreadsheets, determining priorities and special presentations. Maintains budget records, processes invoices and reconciles invoices with monthly financial reports, reviews with leadership. Directs customers, answers and responds to telephone calls, correspondence, copying and distributing materials and sets up meetings, takes meeting minutes and timekeeping. Schedules and maintains Physician recruitment. Responsible for coordination of interviewing itinerary/scheduling of physician candidates, arranges for travel, hotel and car accommodations. Maintains incoming and outgoing mail, screens calls and follows up on miscellaneous issues. Orders supplies, prepares check requests and service requests. Requires flexible hours for set up for meeting and events. Assists in development of strategic communication plan and implementation to reach all stakeholders.
