Community Development VISTA- The HIVE CDC

To achieve a healthier, more prosperous and sustainable community that is vibrant and inclusive, that builds the knowledge, dignity and self-worth of all people living or working in unincorporated Lehigh Acres and Southwest Florida. The VISTA will launch Website & Social Media for The HIVE. Implement Project Nehemiah, the listening campaign for community building, seeking collaboration and resource development. Member Duties : Develop and maintain the new HIVE CDC website, designed to educate and create awareness with monthly newsletters, marketing, promotion, fundraising and resources. One on one listening campaigns and meet and greet events to develop partnerships and collaborations in support of community projects, involving churches, the business community, funding agencies, schools and non-government organizations. Convene 100 or more influential leaders and stakeholders. Invite proactive ideas and facilitate dialogue while encouraging breakthrough thinking to celebrate the shared vision for new opportunities.
