The University Change Manager acts as an enterprise wide,
intermediary between stakeholders, and Information Technology
Services to embed organizational change management practices into
operations that support the University's business needs. This
position collaborates with IT project teams and clients in the
implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of complex information
systems to apply change management strategies to maximize
employees' readiness and adoption of technical solutions.

- Employs a culturally appropriate, structured change management
methodology to facilitate change and promote commitment to adapt to
changes. Tailors change management plans to accommodate the needs
of all stakeholder groups impacted.

Additional Job Description
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business,
computer information systems, or a related field.
Five years of professional full-time relevant experience.
Experience in organizational change and leading cross-functional
organizational projects in change management.
Experience in website layout design and administration.
Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience,
and/or certifications may be considered.
Valid driver's license.
Master's degree from an accredited institution in computer
information systems or a related field.
Three years of experience in cross-functional areas or leading
cross-functional organizational change management projects.
