Our Corporate Headquarters is searching for a Paralegal to join our team!

Provide paralegal support to the Legal Department and departments throughout Florida Cancer Specialists. Utilize experience and judgment to support and accomplish department goals, performing complex and specialized tasks and working collaboratively and cooperatively with others in a team-oriented environment. Coordinate, implement, and support company-wide project management, including special projects requiring legal and process expertise. Must be able to juggle competing demands, communicate effectively and work collaboratively.



Position Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Paralegal degree or equivalent work experience.


Previous Experience: Minimum 3 years experience required; 5 years previous corporate and/or health care law experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.


Core Capabilities: Experience preparing documents typical to health care provider entities, including, but not limited to, physician employment or professional services agreements, transactional documentation, and the like. Knowledge of federal and state health care laws and regulations a plus.  Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.  Ability to interact with Executive and Senior Management. Effective planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.  Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines.  Maintain strict confidentiality of company information. Proficiency with Word (including styles), Outlook, and document management system.


Certifications/Licenses: State registered paralegal or equivalent certification. Public Notary preferred

Standard Work Days/Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
