Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable position is a high-volume position that requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

FLSA Classification: - Non-Exempt

Education and/or Experience
At least two years of experience in accounting with Country Club experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge of Jonas preferred.

Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Work additional hours as assigned/required.
Comply with all HPG&CC policies and procedures.

Job Tasks/Duties
Process POS End of Day (Food and Beverage & Fitness)
Process Member payments.
Primary function is to accurately apply member payments and credits to accounts.
Review member accounts to ensure payments are received in a timely manner and invokes collection policies as needed.
Verify accuracy of payments, charges and adjust if necessary.
Research and collection of past due payments.
Monitor monthly A/R aging report and follow the collections procedure.
Assist Members with accounting/statement concerns and make corrections where necessary.
Complete month end process to A/R and produce Member statements.
Process credit card & ACH payments bi-monthly for members and renters.
Verify and resolve account discrepancies.
Promptly respond to billing inquires and ensure a timely resolution to discrepancies.
Assist in development of system controls to ensure data integrity.
Attends departmental and club training meetings.
Completes other appropriate assignments that are assigned by the Director of Finance.

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
