    • Facilitate professional learning sessions for employees at all levels of the organization- both in large classroom settings and hybrid environments.
    • Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and logistics.
    • Monitor participant engagement levels during training sessions to assess comprehension of content.
    • Create, facilitate and distribute instructional materials, manuals, handouts, surveys and more.
    • Assist with planning, designing, and developing training curricula, and programs to meet specific learning needs for the organization.
    • Assist with developing blended and/or online learning options.
    • Oversees administration of training records, courses and programs for all employees through Learning Management System (LMS), or otherwise.
    • Assist in cataloging the variety of trainings throughout the county into a one-stop resource.
    • Collect and compile employee feedback/evaluations to identify employee training needs and gaps; with the goal of updating or creating training to fill those voids.Education, Experience, Licensing
      • Requires any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year university or college with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Education, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field. *Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered:
      • Four years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources or a closely related field is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, Communications, Public Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
      • Certifications from the Association of Talent Development or related training industry preferred.Supplemental Information
        • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, remain organized and adhere to deadlines.
        • Ability to operate audiovisual (and other training aids) proficiently.
        • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for both internal and external customers.
        • Excellent facilitation and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and with diverse audiences
        • Experience with mandatory compliance training education a plus.
        • Experience developing blended and/or online learning options a plus.
        • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
        • Must have initiative and be able to work under minimal supervision.
        • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with trainees and hold audience's attention.
        • Proficiency in MS Office and software database.
        • Strong attention to detail.
        • Sufficient knowledge of learning management software (LMS)
