Job Description:

**What We're Looking For**Supports technical staff by managing Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Infrastructure Assets. Assists the ITS IT Manager in procuring equipment and contract management. Will assist ITS Project Managers with various administrative tasks.**Primary Focus Will Include** :+ Procurement of goods and services utilizing My Florida Marketplace and Ariba on Demand.+ Assist IT Manager with all Infrastructure assets.+ Assist IT Manager with contract renewals. Liaison between vendors and the Department.+ Responsible for reviewing and processing monthly invoices for contracts.+ Will serve as backup to the Sr. Budget and Contract Specialist II.+ Perform administrative tasks for the ITS Operations Manager, the TIM Program Manager and the IT Manager.**Preferred Qualifications and Skills** :+ Proficient in MS Word, Excel, MS Publisher, and Outlook+ Previous experience with FDOT procurement preferred, but not required.+ Ability to prioritize tasks+ Ability to interpret detailed manuals, guidelines, and procedures+ Self-starter, requiring little direction+ Associate Degree or 3 + years of experience working in a high-level administrative role\*IND**What You'll Need**Essential Responsibilities:+ Tracks evaluation scores. Develops and tracks progress reports.+ Monitors, tracks and files project documentation. Copies and/or scans project-related documents in-house and coordinates sending out larger jobs.+ Technical editing and formatting of project-related documents such as specifications, technical reports and memos.+ Archives closed projects.+ Assists in the management, upkeep and distribution of project schedules in MS Project.+ Uploads/downloads deliverable documents to/from client systems.
