General SummaryThe Cleaning Department Administrative Support is
responsible for job file management for SWFL Cleaning Department
and communication with the Branch Manager, Estimators, and PTLs.
The Cleaning Department Administrative Support may also be
responsible for the cleaning of contents and structures affected by
water, mold, or fire in residential and/or commercial buildings as
needed. Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities -
Manage customer needs and concerns and notifying the Branch Manager
as needed. - Provide customer service and complete First Notice of
Loss for direct assignments. - Create Mold Lead assignments based
on mold ranking. - Prepare field binders for Project Team Leader. -
Maintain SUGAR/Cleaning Department database as requested by
Estimators and/or Branch Manager. - Submit and confirm
subcontractors' work orders. - Label and combine, pre during, and
post photos. - Scan and upload all required documents to SUGAR- Non
Vendor and Vendor assignments. - Any and all other duties assigned
by the supervisor. - Education and/or Experience and
QualificationsMinimum Education: High School diploma or GED Minimum
Experience: One to two (1-2) years of administrative support
experience and/or training.Desired Certifications: Xactimate,
Symbility, IICRC Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Expected to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
- Expected to be a quick learner, organized, and reliable.
- Expected to continue professional development of JTR specific
skills and expertise.

accuracyAdditional Responsibilities and Skills On a As Need Basis:
- Assist Project Team Leader with cleaning of residential and/or
commercial buildings damaged by fire, water or mold. - Remove
debris from homes and buildings damaged by water, fire or mold. -
Assist with site restoration after disasters. - Observe and/or
report any deficiencies of equipment. - Replenish supplies. -
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals -
Effectively follow daily instructions - Use of equipment and tools
in a responsible manner - Detail oriented - Maintain high level of
