Job Description:
Position Summary. The Cybersecurity Administrator provides
oversight of the daily cybersecurity operations, including
monitoring of alerts, notifications, and reports. The Cybersecurity
Administrator is responsible for security configurations related to
data transmission and associated devices at FineMark National Bank
& Trust.
Working on-site is a key element of the Cybersecurity Administrator
role. Remote/work-from-home will not be an option for this
position.
Essential Functions and Job Duties:
Provides hands-on leadership in cybersecurity technologies,
frameworks, strategies, and best practices
Responsible for installing, administering, and troubleshooting
FineMark security solutions
Monitors and reports on the bank's security operations, threats,
and vulnerabilities
Ensures cyber threats are managed, monitored, and responded to
effectively
Manages and communicates the operational threats and technical
weaknesses of systems
Establishes and directs the goals, policies, and procedures for
areas of responsibility
Ensures compliance with audit and regulatory rules and
guidelines
Performs related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the
Cybersecurity Administrator position and as requested by
management
The Cybersecurity Administrator will occasionally travel to other
FineMark office locations
Performs other duties as assigned by management
Position Qualifications:
Strong Information Technology related background preferred and a
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cybersecurity professional.
Industry certification preferred (but not limited to) CISSP, CEH,
CISM, Security+, CRISC, CISA, CCSP
Knowledge and awareness of key regulations such as GDPR, CCPA,
GLBA
Strong knowledge of basic routing and switching, firewall
configuration and or SIEM management
Deep knowledge of data flow and use of forensic tools
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and communication style
Ability to collaborate with high-performing individuals to
accomplish common goals
Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and
standards, risk and control assessments, access controls,
regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control
governance and metrics, secure systems development lifecycle,
vulnerability, and data protection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with management,
colleagues, regulators, and technical professionals
Excellent in both technical and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of basic routing and switching, firewall
configuration, and or SIEM management

Visual Acuity Requirements. Close visual acuity and the ability to
adjust focus, with or without correction, are required to perform
activities such as viewing a computer monitor or written materials
and documents; reading; writing; preparing and analyzing data and
figures; transcribing; close visual inspection. Some distance
vision and color vision may be necessary.
Environmental Conditions. A person is not substantially exposed to
adverse environmental conditions and only exposed to moderate
noise; they may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts or
machinery such as a copier/printer.
