Job Description:
Position OverviewAs the hub of all claims, the coordinator
isresponsible for speaking with the customer, ongoing customer
follow up,handling service complaints, logistics of dispatching
field personnel to jobswhile ensures that the required Cycle Time
and insurance Service LevelAgreement tasks deadlines are met. The
coordinator will be responsible tofollow up daily with the OPS team
to ensure and that all requireddocumentation, estimates and
procedures are followed according to requiredprogram guidelines.
AsuccessfulCoordinator will possess tenacity and thrives in a
fast-paced environment.The coordinator who is detail oriented and
able to focus with many projects invarying degrees of completion
will be most successful in this position.Job
ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding of theclaims flow processWater
Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and other
EnvironmentalworkManages data entry for each claim from First
Notice ofLoss through to completion of jobin the CRM systemDaily
review ofcompliancetasksandalljob tasks are completed on
timeMonitor and update jobs inrequired operatingsystemmaking sure
the job flows efficiently throughtheclaimsprocess requirements and
cycle timesEnsure that uploading photos, and other documents
areappropriately described / titled and uploaded in real
timeandFollowsupto get missing required data from homeowner and
insurance/mortgage informationnot obtained oninitialcallCreates and
or assists with job estimate,reviewsfinalestimate to
ensureestimateis complete percompany standardsManages Customer
Service issues and complaints,documenting actions and
resolutionUnderstanding of all company cycle times and SLAsrequired
for each job and phaseClient Care Calls ensure constant, often
daily,communication with the customer, may communicate with
adjusterEnsuredailynotes are entered in all jobs,contacting
relevant participants and escalating to the department manager
asrequiredMay be responsible forcreating job estimate and or
assisting the Estimator/Project Manager with finalestimateJob
RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED requiredBachelors Degree or
applicable experience preferred, work experience will
beconsideredExceptionalCustomerService skills2-3years
ofXactimateexperience is a PLUSExperience withMicrosoft Office
application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) requiredPersonal
time management and organizational skillsStrong verbal and written
communication skillsDependable and adaptable to operate within a
fast-paced work environmentAbility to manage highly confidential
informationStrong problem-solving skillsProficient at using
