Job Description:

Job Summary As the receptionist, you are responsible for answering a multi-line switchboard across multiple time zones to provide our clients and vendors with friendly, efficient customer service. Will do lead qualification; entry and distribution in HubSpot. The role is full time and will work Monday-Friday from 11:30-8:00pm.Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet clients, vendors, and walk-ins
• Direct all visitors to sign-in/sign-out; maintain visitors logs
• Ensure supplies are inventoried, stocked and ordered
• Basic help desk phone password re-sets
• Prepare shipping labels
• Send weekly PTO calendar and monthly birthday and anniversary list via gmail
• Schedule all monthly company events; food trucks, car wash, yoga, massage
• Any other tasks/responsibilities requestedMinimum Qualifications of the Receptionist:
  • Go getter, quick learner, reliable and willing to learn new things so you can grow with the company
  • Professional demeanor but still likes to have fun
  • Motivated and have exceptional time management skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills including high attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency including experience using Google WorkspacePreferred Qualifications
    • Previous multi line switchboard experience is a plusAbout us:
