join their growing team as a Data Entry Clerk and enjoy the
opportunity for career advancement. As the Data Entry Clerk, you
will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data
into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among
other accounting and finance support functions. Located in Fort
Myers, Florida, this Data Entry Clerk role is a long-term contract
/ temporary to hire opportunity.
How you will make an impact
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing
information and identifying issues
- Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing
necessary revisions
- Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data
entry requirements
- Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting
information; establishing entry priorities
- Working on special projects as assigned
- Aiding the company in data entry and additional administrative
tasks
- Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive
information - Excellent computer skills
- High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent
- Experience with higher level functionality in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and social skills
- Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100%
accuracy
- Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Solid understanding of Inventory Reconciliation
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
