Fort Myers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - RNAC
(Full Time Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00)

-The RNAC is an integral part the care team that helps change the
lives of our patients and residents each day. As an RNAC you will
be responsible to:
Coordinate RAI processes in compliance to federal and state
guidelines
Ensure the completion of documentation for all Medicare and Managed
Care residents along with nursing staff
Compiling data reports based on assessments conducted

Qualifications:
RN license preferred - - - - -
Basic experience as an RNAC/MDS coordinator
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - - - - - - - - -
